Expert Witness Nurses was founded by Dawn Cook, an RN with over 30 years of clinical bedside experience. Dawn is also a certified life care planner (CLCP) and a certified nurse life care planner (CNLCP). Dawn recognized a gap in the expert witness market and was compelled to launch Expert Witness Nurses as a solution for attorneys seeking nurse experts.

Expert Witness Nurses is overseen by a team of RNs that carefully intake the details of your case to ensure we procure the best qualified and suitable nurse to review your case and provide a verbal or written report. Each case is overseen by a project manager to ensure timelines are met, communications are clear and invoicing takes place monthly.

Expert Witness Nurses utilizes an online invoicing system which accepts payments via Stripe, PayPal, or check. We handle the invoicing with your firm and pay the expert directly.
