Expert 3987 Obstetric Nurse

Expert 3987 is a master’s prepared registered nurse with experience working in obstetrics and labor and delivery since 1981, with experience as a leader in the charge nurse role in these areas which included high and low-risk labor and delivery.

This expert is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring and Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB); she is also an instructor for the AWHOHN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course.  She is the editor of a quarterly Labor and Delivery Newsletter with a University Hospital, authored the Maternal Newborn and Medical-Surgical Nursing Skills for Elsevier, and authored the Discharge Handbook for Postpartum Mothers; she has been involved in other publications related to labor and delivery and has won awards for excellence in patient care.

Expert 3987 has been deposed as an expert on labor and delivery cases twice, lives and works in Atlanta, GA, and is available nationwide.
