Handwashing Awareness Week

December 1-7, 2020 is Handwashing Awareness Week.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has launched a new national campaign for motivating adults to incorporate cleaning hands into their everyday lives.

For resources and materials designed to help raise awareness about handwashing in workplaces and the public, see the CDC website for free print resources such as posters, and fact sheets.  They also have social media posts and graphics that are formatted for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and web banners that can be used on a website.

Please help keep everyone safe, spread handwashing awareness and remember “Clean Hands Saves Lives” (CDC, 2020).
