Expert 6962 – Plastic Surgery OR Manager

Expert 6962  has been a registered nurse for 35 years with clinical and manager experience in the hospital, ambulatory care and office settings. She has been the manager of the operating room in the plastic surgery department for 19 years, which includes being clinically active in the areas of Pre Op, OR and PACU. She also has current clinical experience working as an OR scrub/circulating nurse and as a private duty nurse providing nursing care to post op plastic surgery patients. This expert supervises, directs and evaluates plastic surgery staff to ensure they adhere to federal and state guidelines as well as maintaining safety and the standards of care. She has publications in the Plastic Surgery Nursing Journal as well as the American Journal of Nursing.
